According to reporting from Forbes, Gallagher launched Medvi in roughly two months with about $20,000, then scaled it to $401 million in revenue in 2025 and a projected $1.8 billion annual sales pace.

How Medvi was built

• AI-heavy workflow: Gallagher reportedly used tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok for coding and automation, along with Midjourney, Runway, and ElevenLabs for creative and customer-facing work.
• Lean operating model: Rather than building everything in-house, Medvi outsourced doctors, prescription workflows, shipping, and compliance to specialist telehealth platforms.
• Minimal team: Forbes says Gallagher later brought on his brother as the only full-time employee, while relying on contractors and external partners for additional support.

Medvi sells GLP-1 weight-loss drugs online through a telehealth model. Customers interact with the brand digitally, while medical evaluation, prescriptions, and fulfillment are handled through third-party healthcare infrastructure partners.

Why it matters
