Saudi Arabia has unveiled a state-backed AI initiative Humain under its powerful Public Investment Fund (PIF), aiming to accelerate the kingdom’s position in the global AI race.
Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman announced the formation of the company during a major tech conference attended by global figures including Elon Musk, Sam Altman, Donald Trump, and Mark Zuckerberg, as reported by TechCrunch.
The AI firm will focus on developing foundational models, advanced computing infrastructure, and strategic global partnerships in AI research and deployment.
