He specifically called on those experienced in squeezing maximum performance from systems or working on compilers to reach out, suggesting that there are highly impactful roles waiting for the right talent. In a separate post, he playfully targeted professionals in high-frequency trading or low-latency systems, urging them to consider contributing to the mission of building AGI instead.
